Executive Assistant
Would you like to be part of a team known for producing the highest quality furniture in North America? Simply Amish, a furniture manufacturer and distributor in Arcola, IL, is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO and executive team.
Responsibilities: Manage emails and calendars; Respond to Facebook and Instagram; Make travel plans and arrange meetings; Take meeting minutes, and follow up; Prepare routine reports; Research as needed; Assist with basic HR functions; Other duties as assigned. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Qualifications: Discretion and absolute confidentiality are essential; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Outstanding organizational and time management skills; Ability to work well with others, and independently; Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, customers, and other external partners; Excellent MS Office knowledge (Access experience is a plus!)
This position is intended to be full-time, but could be offered part-time for the right person willing to work limited hours every day (Monday through Friday). Simply Amish, a furniture manufacturer and distributor in Arcola, IL, is looking for a hard-working, dependable individual for our furniture shop. We're looking for a person with a passion for woodworking. Extensive tool experience is a must. We build a large variety of items so you will not be bored by the same thing over and over! Our newly expanded woodshop is CLIMATE CONTROLLED year around!
